The Science Center included a couple of age-specific annexes,
this one designed for children 6 and under. Some
of the activities were simply variations on the
"Make Believe" theme (like the "grocery store"
in the background), but others provided a colorful
opportunity to see physical principles in action.
In this area, Moms seemed integral to helping
their kids get more out of the exhibit. Throughout
the exhibition, tips and strategies are offered on parent-child
interaction to encourage children’s learning. |
