D. Reducing Work Stressors: Job Dissatisfaction, Boredom, Changes, Confusing or Excessive Responsibilities & Difficult Relationships

This section presents ideas and options for reducing the source of work stress. Many of us get stuck in these areas and don't know how to encourage each other. Take a look and identify some tactics that you can use to get out of a rut or deal with changes and rough spots in your life.
