It's important to update occasionally where we're experiencing frustrations and resentments. This is the spot to write down some of these ideas where you're not feeling supported, appreciated, understood, or respected.  Later in the course, we'll find some positive ways to communicate these needs to others.  Hopefully this will move us towards getting more of our needs met as well as respecting other people and their needs.
